Aftercare

Skin Boosters — Aftercare

Your treatment's done. Skin boosters work gradually under the surface, so a bit of care over the next day or two goes a long way.

For the first 6 hours

Leave the treated area clean and makeup-free.

Avoid touching, rubbing or massaging the skin.

Stay upright and avoid strenuous activity.

For the first 24 hours

Skip makeup on the treated area.

Avoid strenuous exercise, saunas, steam rooms, hot yoga and very hot showers.

Avoid alcohol, which can add to swelling or bruising.

For the first 24–48 hours

Expect to see small raised bumps or “blebs” at the injection points — this is completely normal for skin boosters and usually settles within 24–48 hours.

Keep the skin hydrated and use a gentle, non-active skincare routine.

For the first 2 weeks

Avoid facials, laser, microdermabrasion, peels and other facial treatments.

Use SPF daily and avoid direct sun exposure and sunbeds while the skin recovers.

Pause active skincare (retinoids, strong acids, vitamin C) for a few days, or as we've advised.

What's normal

Small bumps, mild redness, tenderness or minor bruising at the injection sites — these settle within a few days.

Skin may feel slightly tight or look a little uneven at first as the product hydrates and distributes.

When You'll See Results

Skin boosters build gradually. You'll notice improved hydration, texture and glow over the following weeks, with best results after your recommended course. Optimal outcomes are seen after the second session, usually four weeks apart. Results typically last 6–9 months, and a maintenance schedule helps sustain them.
